By downloading, installing, or using PupMove, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

PupMove is a pet health tracking and management application that provides:

• AI-powered health insights and recommendations
• Activity and nutrition tracking
• Body condition scoring through photo analysis
• Weekly health reports
• Personalized care plans

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

PupMove offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Pricing is displayed before purchase
• Refunds are handled per Apple App Store / Google Play policies
• Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, data, etc.). By uploading content, you grant PupMove a license to use, process, and analyze it to provide our services. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Share your account with others
• Misuse or abuse our support services
• Scrape or extract data through automated means

PupMove provides educational information and general guidance only. Our AI insights and recommendations are NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet's health.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUPMOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any harm to your pet resulting from app use

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated insights. We make no warranty that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, you lose access to your data unless you export it beforehand.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.
